We are a three - member team created by Simona Čechalová, Zdeněk Čechal and Dalibor Damek. We come from the Czech Republic. Our beginnings were similar to how many Czech modelers begin – we started making cut-and-assemble models from magazines as a hobby. Our first attempt to make our own model was very amateurish – we made a model of our summer house. We did not know any graphic programs then, so we worked with pencils, crayons, cardboard and we used pieces of straw and matches as “wood”.

This first attempt lit a sparkle – we were eager to learn more. This started a long and beautiful journey towards the world of paper model design. Crayons and pencils were replaced by graphic design and offset printing. As real Czech – and, to be specific, Beskydy Mountains – patriots, our first commercial models were Čeladná Castle (historical reconstruction), followed by St Prokop and St Barbora Church in Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem. After these, we issued our first custom model and our first vehicle – Western Star truck, followed by a Slovak castle – Orava Castle.
